LHS Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services tailored to your specific needs. Our services include Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. We also offer flexible options for recurring cleanings with discounted rates.
2. Contracts and Payment Terms
Contract Duration: All residential contracts are month-to-month with no long-term commitments. Commercial contracts are typically yearly, but may vary.
Payment Terms:
Residential Customers: Payment is due upon job completion.
Commercial Customers: Invoiced monthly for recurring services.
Billing Options: We offer flexible payment methods to accommodate your preferences.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $75 fee.
Rescheduling is permitted with sufficient advance notice to avoid penalties.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Access to Property: Please ensure that our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. Options include:
Being present during the cleaning.
Providing a key, access code, or lockbox information.
Pets: For the safety and comfort of your pets, please secure them in a safe area during our visit.
Preparation: We kindly ask that surfaces be reasonably clear and valuables safely stored so our team can clean thoroughly and safely.
5. Company Policies
Satisfaction Guarantee: Our goal is 100% satisfaction—if we fall short, we’ll make it right. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please reach out to Audreanna or Tyler for any concerns.
Missed Appointments: In case of missed appointments due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest available time, or provide you the opportunity to skip that service.
6. Liability and Insurance
We are fully insured and bonded. While we take every precaution to handle your property with care, please secure or remove any delicate items before our arrival.
7. Termination and Renewal
You may terminate your service at any time with a 30-day notice. Recurring contracts automatically renew each month unless canceled by either party.
